I'm Saad Hussain, and I run Nisbat. I work on websites, ads, email and the automation that connects them.
What Nisbat does
Most of the businesses I work with already have something to build on. There is traffic coming in, a list of contacts, and people who have bought before.
The work is usually about making better use of that. Sometimes it is one channel, like fixing an email programme or rebuilding a landing page. Often it involves a few parts of the journey at once, because the problem sits between them.
Why I look at the whole journey
It is hard to fix a conversion problem by only looking at the page, because the page might be getting the wrong traffic. It is hard to fix a retention problem by only writing better emails, because the emails might not be arriving.
So I look at the whole path a customer takes, and work on whichever part is holding the rest back.
How projects run
You work with me directly. I look at the setup, agree with you on what is worth doing, and then do it.
The list of projects is short, so the honest answer is sometimes that this is not a good fit. I would rather say that early than take on work I cannot do well.

Start with the numbers
I want to see what is actually happening before suggesting anything. A plan written without your data is guesswork.

Use what is already there
Most businesses already have the tools and the audience. Improving how those fit together is usually cheaper than adding something new.

Report on revenue
Opens, clicks and impressions are useful for working out where a problem is. What matters is whether the change made money.

Explain how it works
If you cannot see how something works, you cannot run it or question it after the project ends.
