Common gaps

Where revenue gets missed

A person clicks an ad but leaves the website. A lead joins the list but gets the wrong follow-up. A customer buys once and never hears from the business again.

These gaps are easy to miss when each channel is managed separately. Nisbat looks at the full journey and helps improve the parts that are getting in the way.

  1. Traffic

Process

How a project works

Most projects follow the same three steps, in this order.

  1. 01

    Understand what is happening

Nisbat reviews the current setup, the available data and the main problem you want to solve.

  2. 02

    Decide what is worth fixing

The scope is agreed with you before work starts, with attention on the areas most likely to make a useful difference.

  3. 03

    Build and improve

Nisbat puts the changes in place, reviews the results and adjusts the work where needed.

About

Hi, I'm Saad.

I run Nisbat. My work covers websites, paid ads, email and automation.

I kept seeing the same issue across different businesses. They had useful tools, traffic and customer data, but the different parts were often managed on their own.

Nisbat gives me a way to look at the full journey, understand what is already working and help improve what is being missed.

If you want to talk through your current setup, feel free to send me a message.

Questions

Questions people usually ask

If your question is not here, send it over and I will answer it.

saad@nisbat.co
What kinds of businesses does Nisbat work with?

Businesses that already have some traffic, leads or customers to work with. The industry matters less than the setup. Ecommerce, education, services and subscription businesses tend to run into the same few problems.

Does Nisbat only handle email marketing?

No. Email is often where the quickest improvements are, so it is a common starting point. The work can also cover ads, websites and landing pages, retention, and the automation between them.

Do you provide strategy or implementation?

Both. I write the plan and then do the work.

What happens after I get in touch?

I will ask a few questions about your setup, look at whatever you can share, and write back with what I think is worth looking at first. You get a written reply either way.

How do projects usually start?

Usually with a look at the current setup, then one piece of focused work on whatever seems most worth fixing. Longer arrangements come later if they make sense. I do not ask for a long contract up front.

Can you guarantee a specific result?

No. The results on this site came from particular projects with particular conditions. I will tell you what I think is realistic for your setup, and where I am not sure.
